Booking privacy policy

ReVoWo Cal.com collects the contact details, appointment details and answers you submit to arrange bookings and follow up on enquiries. Booking information is stored in our booking system and linked to our CRM.

Google Calendar access

When our host connects Google, the app accesses basic profile information, reads calendars to check availability, and manages calendar events and Google Meet details. It stores authorization tokens to maintain that connection. Visitors do not need to connect their own Google Calendar.

How information is used

Google processes calendar requests, and appointment details are shared with the host and booked participants. Our hosting and email systems process information needed to deliver the service.

Your choices and contact

You can revoke Google access through Google Account settings. For questions, complaints, or requests to access, correct or delete your information, contact contact@re-evolution-world.com. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive information in booking answers.
